ABOUT ME

I am a data professional with a background in scientific research, specialising in Power BI, SQL Server, Python, Excel, R, data modelling, and reporting automation. In my current role as Management, Performance and Analytics Officer at Rugby Borough Council, I built a 100-KPI Power BI reporting framework from scratch, connecting multiple systems to support regulatory reporting, senior management decision-making, and service improvement.

My work combines dashboard development, SQL-based data preparation, KPI logic design, data quality checks, and repeatable reporting processes. I am also the main data point of contact for disrepair cases, producing reports used by legal teams, providing witness statements, and supporting case resolution.

I have independently developed technical skills aligned with analytics engineering and BI development, including SQL Server datasets, stored procedures, Python automation, and structured data models. I am continuing to develop towards Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, and advanced Data Analyst roles, using data to turn complex operational information into clear, trusted insight.
